Description

In keeping with the aesthetic codes of the Collection Excellence Platine born in 2006, the SIHH 2016 Patrimony Perpetual Calendar is crafted in 950 platinum case, as is the dial. The latter features a finely grained sandblasted dial discreetly bearing the inscription ?¡ãPt50?¡À between 4 and 5 o'clock. The slightly convex external zone is adorned with a circular ?¡ãpearl?¡À minute-track and 18K white gold applied hour-markers. The hours and minutes hands are in 18K white gold, while the calendar pointers are in blued steel. Setting the finishing touch, the saddle-finish dark blue alligator strap is hand-stitched with silk and 950 platinum threads, and secured by a folding clasp in the same metal.

Movement

This hand-wound movement bearing the Hallmark of Geneva is equipped with an oscillating weight featuring the particularly meticulous finishing that is the signature of fine watchmaking. Beating at a frequency of 2.75 Hz (19,800 vibrations per hour), it has an approximately 40-hour power reserve. Calibre 1120 QP drives indications of the hours, minutes and perpetual calendar featuring the day of the week in a subdial at 9 o'clock, the date in a subdial at 3 o'clock, the month and leap year on a 48-month subdial at 12 o'clock, and the moon phase at 6 o'clock.
