The Vacheron Constantin Artelier Cabinotiers s Symphonia Grande Sonnerie 1860 was introduced at SIHH 2017. Part of the Les Cabinotiers series, it is a unique piece whose movement -the first Grande Sonnerie for the brand- took some 10 years of development. The white gold case measures 45mm across at a height of 15.1mm.
