Description

The especially dramatic and enduring design concept of the OMEGA Constellation line is characterized by its famous ?��griffes?��, or claws, and striking dials.

This model features a grey dial with an embossed lozenge pattern and a date window at the 3 o'clock position. The hands and indexes are made from 18K red gold. The stainless steel bezel, with its engraved Roman numerals, is mounted on a 38 mm stainless steel casebody, and is presented on a stainless steel bracelet.

This timepiece is powered by the OMEGA Co-Axial calibre 8500, visible through the sapphire crystal caseback.

Movement

The in-house caliber 8500 was introduced in the 2007 De Ville Hour Vision. Its two barrels provide a total of 60 hours of power reserve. Version 8501, for use in gold watches, features a solid gold rotor.

Since 2015 certain watches containing this movement may carry the 'Master Co-Axial Chronometer' on the dial.
