The Calibre de Cartier Central Chronograph is an uncommon version of Cartier's round & robust Calibre de Cartier watch. It is powered by Cartier (/JlC) caliber 9907, which is housed in an oversized (45mm) case. Reference W7100004 is done in pink gold; this watch was also available in white gold.
